This Carmel-by-the-Sea: California Ranch project was a complete interior and exterior remodel of a 2,000 sq ft Ranch-style home. The renovation was completed in 11 months and included adding an attached guest suite, replacing all windows and the roof, and updating every finish throughout the property. Key design features included bat and board siding, aluminum-clad windows, custom-built cabinets, and intricate interior and exterior stonework. The result is a beautifully updated home with timeless appeal.
It was gratifying to co-create with the owners, architect, and designer on this full remodel and guest suite addition. Bringing everyone's creative visions together to construct a beautiful and functional space was rewarding.
